Instructions

  1. Download the template - Click the "Download Template" button to get the Excel file with the correct format.
  2. Fill in your products - Add your product data to the spreadsheet:
    • Name - Product name (Required)
    • Description - Product description (Optional)
    • CategoryId - Numeric category ID (Required)
    • Price - Product price (Required, must be greater than 0)
    • Size - Product size (Optional)
    • Type - Product type (Optional)
    • Image - Image URL (Optional)
    • SubTypeName - Subtype name (Optional - creates a product variant)
    • SubTypeDescription - Subtype description (Optional)
    • SubTypeImage - Subtype image URL (Optional)
    • SubTypePrice - Additional price for subtype (Optional)
    💡 Tip: For products with multiple subtypes, create separate rows with the same product details but different subtype information.
  3. Save the file - Make sure to save it as an Excel file (.xlsx).
  4. Upload the file - Click the "Upload Products" button to import all products at once.
  5. Review results - Check the success/failure summary for any issues that need to be fixed.
Pro Tip: Make sure all required fields are filled in and prices are valid numbers. The upload will process all valid rows even if some have errors.
